Princes Hill is a 3 bedroom family home with 2 living spaces, study/library, formal dining, wine cellar, car lift and 4 car basement. Our clients brief was to keep the original home structure and to extend the rear with car lift access from the rear laneway. This meant we had to underpin the existing home rear walls to dig out the new basement. Key features of the home include the authentic nature of the existing home renovation whilst transitioning to the modern extension. 3m high steel glass windows were used for all external windows and doors on the extension as well as internal doors to rooms and shower screens to bathrooms/ensuites. This home was completed in 30 months.
